Lemon Honey Ginger Tea
In a tea pot squeeze 1/4 lemon
add 11/2 tbsp honey
grate a nob of ginger (about 1/2 inch) and add to the pot
any of these portions can be altered. Add more honey if you like it sweeter. Squeeze more lemon if you like it sour.
Pour about one cup of hot water into the pot. Allow the honey to melt and the ginger to infuse about 5 to 10 mins. The longer you leave the ginger in the hot water, the stronger it will be.
Strain into your cup.
